A stainless steel base allows you to use the pan on any hob, including induction, and it’s also oven safe to 200°C/392°F/Gas Mark 6. This means it’s ideal for whipping up a family-filling casserole or even making a spicy baked pasta dish, and the self-basting lid helps to keep moisture in the pan while cooking.

The striking black exterior is finished with an incredibly tough double scratch-proof layer, while the cool speckled grey interior has non-stick properties, so you can cook with little to no oil, and the washing up is easier too!
