Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item must not be part of our non-returnable products (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Mattresses and bedding items (due to hygiene regulations)
- Custom-made or personalized furniture pieces
- Items marked as “final sale” in product descriptions
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA approval).
- Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Shipping costs for the new item will follow our standard shipping policy (free for orders over $50).
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
