We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international orders outside Europe. We cannot deliver to certain remote areas in Asia and other regions.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FurniHaven purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to find a solution.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided
- Item must not be part of our non-returnable products (listed below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Mattresses and bedding items (hygiene regulations)
- Custom-made or personalized furniture pieces
- Items marked “final sale” in product descriptions
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA approval).
- Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Shipping costs for the new item will follow our standard shipping policy (free for orders over £50).
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
